Handpicked for Heart and Skill
At SolCura Care, we believe great care starts with great people. Every self-employed carer we choose isn’t just qualified – they’re kind, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making a difference. It’s not enough to have the right training; our team must also have the right heart.
-
Qualified, Vetted, and Prepared
Your trust matters. That’s why all our self-employed carers are fully DBS-checked, thoroughly vetted, and come trained in essential and specialist areas including makaton sign language, safeguarding, and dementia awareness. We uphold the highest standards – because you deserve nothing less.
-
Consistent, Compassionate Support
We know that continuity builds trust. Our team of self-employed carers are dedicated to long-term relationships, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a friendly face you’ll come to know and rely on. We’re proud to match-make care and are honoured to be invited into people’s lives and homes.
Our Experience
Along the way of working in the care industry, we’ve become more than just colleagues – we have become close friends who share the same values and vision. At SolCura Care, we’re united by a deep commitment to delivering care that’s not only professional and personalised, but genuinely heart-led. Every member of our team brings warmth, dedication, and a sense of purpose to their role. Together, we aim to provide the kind of consistent, high-quality support we’d want for our own families.

Ana-Lucia ~ Co-Founder
With over 7 years of dedicated experience in care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals both in their homes and within the community – always with compassion, respect, and heart at the centre of my work.
From providing live-in and domiciliary care to working as a Care Coordinator, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it means to deliver person-centred support. I take pride in building genuine relationships with those I care for, advocating for their dignity, and ensuring their voices are heard.
My coordination role allowed me to bridge the gap between carers, clients, and families – making sure care plans were not just followed, but felt. Organising schedules, supporting frontline staff, and communicating with clarity and empathy became second nature.
I believe great care is about presence, reliability, and kindness – and I bring that to every role I step into. Now, I’m looking to continue this journey, growing as a leader in care and contributing to services that truly make a difference.
