Introduction

SolCura Care provides high-quality care services including live-in care, respite, and companionship. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

SolCura Care agrees to provide care services tailored to the client’s needs as outlined in their individual care plan. All services are delivered by trained, qualified and vetted carers.

Assessment and Care Planning

A full needs assessment will be carried out before services commence. A personalised care plan will be agreed upon with the client (and/or representative) and regularly reviewed.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are issued weekly or and payment is due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of scheduled care visits. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. For live-in care, a minimum notice period of 7 days is required to terminate the service unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to treat carers with dignity and respect, ensure a safe working environment, and notify SolCura Care of any changes in care needs or circumstances.

Confidentiality

All personal information will be kept confidential in line with GDPR regulations and only shared where legally required or with consent.

Complaints and Feedback

SolCura Care welcomes feedback to improve our services. Complaints should be made in writing and will be addressed promptly in accordance with our Complaints Policy.

Liability

While SolCura Care takes all reasonable steps to provide safe and professional services, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control or for any indirect or consequential losses.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in the care agreement. SolCura Care reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abuse, unsafe working conditions, or breach of agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
